(22/12/2009) Leander shine at Bloomfield Ulster Open Championships
Congratulations to all our swimmers following magnificent performances at the Bloomfield Ulster Open Championships last weekend - winning 14 gold, 7 silvers and 3 bronze medals - picking up 1 Irish senior and 2 Irish junior records and 5 Ulster senior and 8 Ulster junior records on the way. Special mention must be made of our men's relay teams who won 3 golds. Congratulations to Conor, Craig, Ryan, Iain and Alex. Conor also won 2 individual golds, Iain 1 gold and Sycerika an amazing 7 golds!!

(8/12/2009) Eindhoven 2009 Swim Cup successes for Sycerika
Congratulations to Sycerika McMahon for some outstanding performances at the Eindhoven 2009 Swim Cup.
Sycerika finished second to Olympian Hannah Miley in the 400IM, with a time of 4.56.7 and in the 400 Free, with a time of 4.18.7 in what was a nail biting finish. Her 400 Free time is a CWG qualifying time, as was her time of 2.19.62 in the 200IM !

(5/12/2009) More records for Sycerika in Irish National Short Course Championships
Congratulations, once again, to Sycerika McMahon for her tremendous performance in the recent Irish National Short Course Championships. Sycerika was Ulster’s top performer, winning gold and setting 9 new Irish Junior Records in the 100m and 400m freestyle, 100m and 200m breaststroke, 100m, 200m and 400m Individual Medley. Sycerika set 1 senior Irish record in the 200m breaststroke and had 13 Ulster records. She also won the silver medal in the 50m breaststroke and 200m freestyle.
